As outlined in the instructions for use provided to you by your counselor, it is important to read all of the content and view each link in the modules completely and carefully.  Following the content in each module, there is a series of questions or statements.  You must answer each question or respond to each statement to receive credit for completion of that module.  Remember, other than your counselor, no persons (including the administrators of this web site) will ever have access to any of your personal information.

Your success in this program depends on your openness and honesty.  Please answer each question as instructed in each module.  If you do not understand the question, click ‘I do not understand’ and your counselor will be notified to further assist you.

Your first task in this program will be a self-assessment.  This will help you understand where you stand in relationship to your alcohol or drug use.

The bulk of this module will consist of questions and answers.  Please consider all questions thoroughly and answer them openly and honestly.  There are no right or wrong answers, only answers that pertain to you.
